The perfect espresso is achieved through the optimal balance of pressure, brewing time, and water temperature. Simply pour the desired amount of water into the base and fill the funnel with approximately 7 g (1 scoop) of espresso powder per cup, smooth it out, and do not press too firmly. If necessary, clean the rim, screw on the pot, and close the lid. Connect the coffee maker to the power supply and switch it on. As soon as the quiet bubbling in the pot stops, the espresso is ready and the wonderful aroma of coffee spreads throughout. If it isn't consumed immediately, the keep-warm function activates. As soon as you remove the pot from the base, the machine switches off automatically. Tip: Serve the prepared espresso in pre-warmed cups.
