For preserving your favorite dishes, jams, and jellies, the precision thermostat of the Weck WAT34 preserving machine maintains the exact selected temperature (infinitely adjustable from 30-100 °C) during operation. Thanks to its large capacity, 14 jars of 1-liter each (or 7 x 1.5-liter jars) can be preserved in a single operation. The insert rack made of heat-resistant plastic ensures good heat circulation. It is suitable for all jar shapes. The juicing function also allows for the extraction of fresh fruit and vegetable juices (separate accessories required, not included). Thanks to the practical, all-round handle, the preserving machine is easy to move. The power cable connects to the mains, allowing it to be used almost anywhere, independent of the stove. This all-rounder is also suitable for sterilizing.
