The grill can be used as a traditional smoker, as a steamer, or as a conventional grill. In every function, you benefit from the large capacity and the significantly simpler operation compared to conventional appliances, and from the fact that you only need one appliance.
The powerful gas burner generates enough heat to ensure reliable cooking even when the cooking chamber is fully occupied.
Using the water bowl, you can vary the cooking process by adding, for example, clear water (for juicier food during long cooking times) or seasoned water, marinades, broths, etc. to give the food a special flavor. Alternatively, (aromatic) wood chips can be added to the water bowl to operate the grill as a smoker (low-temperature cooking).
