The low cooking temperature of under 100°C during smoking means your food cooks slowly and gently. The food hardly loses any of its juiciness, as the liquids do not evaporate at these low temperatures (unlike conventional cooking with temperatures of up to 300°C), and the food therefore never dries out.
The special flavor of smoking food comes from the smoky aroma. The longer the food stays on the grill, the more intense the smoky aroma becomes. The aroma can also be further refined by adding different types of wood, such as cherry, alder, or pine, to the fire. This gives you countless options for achieving your individual taste or simply finding new flavors every time!
Of course, this grill cart can also be used as a conventional grill for cooking with direct heat. Fires can be lit in both chambers to prepare food. Thanks to the large grilling surface, you can easily handle even larger events!
